NAME BADGES
The registrations desk will be located in the foyer, ground floor.
Opening times:
- Wednesday, Sept 4th: 08:30 CET – 18:00 CET
- Thursday, Sept 5th: 07:30 CET – 18:00 CET
- Friday, Sept 6: 07:45 CET – 18:00 CET
- Saturday, Sept 7: 07:45 CET – 13:00 CET
You can pick up your name badge at the registration desk.
Important! Pickup is organized by ID number, which can be found in your confirmation letter and practical information email. Keep your ID number on hand to ensure smooth pick up.
To avoid long queues, it is advised to pick up your badge and documents on Wedsnesday Sept 4th from 9:00 CET.
The congress opening is planned between 17:00 and 18:00 PM.
It is allowed to leave the facility after badge pick-up, and come back for the opening at 17:00 CET. You can re-enter the facility by showing your name badge.
!! QR-CODE & PARTICIPATION SCAN !!
Each congress day, you will be checked-in by scanning the QR-code on your badge. No entry possible without a valid name badge.
To receive accreditation points, it is essential to bring your badge to the congress in order to be scanned to record your attendance.
