E-Posters

Practical information

Personal emails will be sent with instructions to upload e-posters and a link to upload your e-poster. This email will include all information regarding the uploading process and requirements.
Note: If you have not received an upload link before September 1st, please contact us through EAONO2024@congresscare.com.

During EAONO, your poster will be presented as an e-poster.
We kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind when uploading your e-poster.

• File format: PDF
• Orientation: Portrait, Single-Page
• Pixel dimensions: 1080 x 1536
• Cm dimensions: 38,1 x 54,2 
• Font size: minimum 16 points
• Sound is possible
• Maximum file size 100 MB
• Page count; 1 page

Please note: an accepted e-poster will be presented at EAONO 2024. There will not be room for an additional presentation or pitch.
