**The Emerging Economy Rate applies to individuals (no group registrations) from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank. This fee does not apply to industry delegates.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 Augustus 2024 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case.
Hotel accommodation
Participants of EAONO 2024 can make a hotel reservation via the hotel booking portal.
